Already Baskets is an on-line supplier for quality gift baskets - Already made gift baskets for all occasions.  We have Bath & Spa Gift Baskets, Gift Baskets for women, Chocolate Baskets, Gourmet Baskets, Christmas Baskets, Unique Baskets, Get Well Baskets and Gift Baskets for all occasions.  Please contact us via e:mail for any questions you may have.  We ship nationwide.  If your order is placed prior to 12:00 pm (EST), the order can be shipped that day.   We offer ground shipping for a flat rate per item.  Other shipping methods are available.  We will replace or refund any basket not meeting the customers satisfaction deemed damaged or defective.  The claim must be made within 3 day grace period.  There is no exception to this policy.  We will make every effort to resolve the issue in a timely manner to the customers satisfaction.  Credit or refund will only be issued if the discrepancies can be verified by the carrier.  If the customer disposes of the gift before we can verify the damage, a refund will not be issued.  All claims must be issued in writing via e:mail.  Claims will not be accepted via phone.  We guarantee that all gifts will have the general look and product assortment as the photos used to represent them.  Some baskets come in a variety of sizes, therefore be sure to check the size, as the quantity of products for that basket will be adjusted.  Substitutions are allowed as long as the value is equal or greater of the substituted product.  RETURNS - In the event a carrier returns a gift due to being refused, a bad address being supplied or non availability of a recipient all shipping charges assessed by the carrier will be added to the customers bill and will be charged a 20% restocking fee.  For incorrect addresses, we will not be responsible for mis-delivered or being delivered late for a bad address supplied.  We ship to the address supplied on the order.  A $10.00 fee will be added to your bill when a bad address is supplied and the carrier needs to makde an address correction.  Claims for late deliveries due to missing apartment numbers or incorrect information will not be honored.
